First tournament. First gold. The U13AAA Crossbar Snipers took home the championship at the Funshine Cup in Brantford this past weekend—an incredible way to kick off the season. About the event: The Funshine Cup is hosted annually in Brantford, Ontario, primarily at the Wayne Gretzky Centre and Brant Sports Complex, giving players an early chance to get back on the ice before the winter season. my.playhockey.com

What’s Next

  • Fall On-Ice Program (Sept 9–Nov 11): 10 weeks, Max 30 participants, $500 for the full program. Drop-in pricing remains the same as our Monday/Wednesday Group Training.

  • Facility Availability: Skate Treadmill and Hockey Zone booking windows are 6:00 AM–10:00 PM and open for sessions starting Sept 10 (dates prior are blocked).

  • Full Facility Calendar: Now smart-blocked to prevent double bookings across the Skate Mill, Hockey Zone, and Crossbar spaces.
