Team Training

Crossbar Training offers an exciting opportunity to improve overall fitness and team building. Our 1.5 hour dryland sessions are focused on specific programs tailored to sharpen skills and enhance strength, agility, conditioning. With the coach’s involvement, we create specialized programs aligned with the team’s goals, ensuring maximum effectiveness.

Coming in August, Crossbar Training offers high-performance team hockey training with specialized facilities including a Skating Treadmill for improving stride, power and technique, shooting lanes for learning shot mechanics, accuracy and power, stickhandling drills to enhance puck control, and Dryland Training for speed, conditioning, strength and agility.

By establishing coordination and balance, age appropriate strength and resistance training fundamentals, speed, agility, and conditioning foundations, we will help build healthy habits, confidence and comradery.
